Callville Bay Accessibility Overview

Terrain and Public Areas

  • Sidewalks and Pathways: Most sidewalks are made of concrete or Mobi-Mat. Docks are constructed of concrete or recycled plastic; some older docks remain wood.
  • Public Areas: Most areas across the property are accessible.
  • Marina Entrance: Access includes a small Mobi-Mat section over dirt, leading to a ramp and bridge with a gentle incline.
  • Administration Building: Located upstairs with no elevator access. Guests needing assistance can call 702-565-8958, and a staff member will assist on-site.
  • Doors: Exterior building doors are not automated.
  • Parking: Asphalt parking lots with approximately 20 designated handicap parking spaces across the property.
  • Flooring: Indoor surfaces include tile, low-pile carpet, and linoleum.
  • Docks: Floating docks with some railings. Motorized equipment is not allowed on the docks.

Convenience Store and Snack Bar: The marina store has double doors for entry and wheelchair-accessible seating in the Snack Bar area.
